Job Description
1- Managing employees (customers) at the concierge helpdesk.
2- Processing the service request as requested by customers.
3- Provide information and updates on services as the query maybe by the customers
4- Updating all the requests in software from time to time.
5- Promoting new deals & offers at the desk.
6- Handling bills separation& updating concerned ledger books.
7- Coordinating with the backend team and telephone call handling related to services.
8- Attending service promotion training and meetings as and when conducted.
9- Participating in operations auditing.
