Job Description
· Developing marketing techniques to drive new clientage
· Maximizing customer lifetime value strategies (Birthday greetings, daily chase-up)
· Suggesting new methods to meet customers’ needs
· Assisting with promotional events to attract leads
· Build relationships with key employees among customers and Brokers
· Create plans to address clients’ business needs
· Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied/ for any queries
· Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
· Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
· Analyzing marketing metrics (conversion rates, etc.)
· Numerous miscellaneous functions to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation in the eyes of clientage
· Advise clients on creating profitable processes
· Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
