Responsibilities
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Assist Business Partners in managing and running user group forums and providing project feasibility and technical pre-sales support
- Involvement in all aspects business system developments and improvements where designated, including testing, implementation and deployment

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
