Profile - Customer Relationship Management Executive
Location – Bhiwandi.
Responsibilities of candidates :
- Doing cold calling.
- Following up with customers.
- Managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth.
- Manage the Customer Service operations by overseeing the customer feedback and compliant processes and thus provide support to various departments to resolve the same within timelines.
- Ensure that service issues are solved within a stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and quality service is delivered to the customers.
- Provide insights into customer needs during the development of customer loyalty/ retention schemes.
- Provide support in various operations and activities.
- Regularly interact with end customers for understanding their requirements, aspirations, and expectations.
- Data management, feedback management- Client Coordination, Correspondence & Documentation
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: ₹ 16000.00 per month TO ₹ 18,000.00 per month
Schedule:9:00 AM. TO 7:00 PM.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language: Good English Speaking Must.
HINDI / MARATHI / English (Preferred)
