About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on the sales funnel along with the salesforce teammates
2. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
3. Handling the overall CRM activities from onboarding to possession
4. Handling and tracking customer mails
5. Working on expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
6. Settling customer concerns in a swift and professional manner
