Job Summary
We at FORESIGHT are looking for Customer Relation Executive to join immediately for Telecom process to handle Corporate Companies and ensure the Business KPIs are met.
Work Timings :
Mon to Sat 9:15 to 6:30 pm.
Office location: Koramangala.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handling Corporate customers queries. Daily 50 Corporate companies call only.
Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information about services and products.
Retention Target to be achieved >99% month on month.
PROMOTOR SCORE to be at 80+ month on month.
Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, complaints, inquiries. Processing Service Requests tagging and update for resolution.
Service Delivery within given TAT.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
Key Skills
Should be a Team player with basic Computer System / Excel knowledge., Ensuring close looping of Customer Concerns and avoid re-occurrence., Excellent communications skills Good listener and active problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and analyzing skills, Should be fluent in English, Kannada.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 1-year telecalling experience required.
Freshers with good skills can be considered for trainees.
Preference will be given to Telecom or Banking work Experience in Customer Relation.
Benefits
Salary: ₹9,000.00 to ₹14,000.00 /month.
Incentives based on Retention, Promotor Score at INR 2000.
