Job Details:

Making outbound calls
-
Provide consultation to potential & interested clients.
-
Regular follow-up with them
-
Maintaining the relationship with clients
-
Updating the client on the status
-
Coordinating with other departments
-
Being the face of the company and assisting team and handling day to day activities of the company.

Assist people smoothly with a smile on face and should actively interact with them
-
Greet people warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

Handling counter billing & Cash settlement
-
Daily reports on the number of invoices billed.

Handling calls & Handling customer queries.
-
Taking care of the overall front area, including Notice board, promotions, board meetings etc.
-
Dispatching the courier consignment and tracking the details and follow up made.
-
Handling inward and outward register for the distributors.
-
Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
-
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

Fixing appointments for the distributors and informing the concern depts.
-
Informing the courier person about the courier.
-
Aware of the business plan and products to educate the customers if they wanted to know about the company and products( in the form of Mail/Walk-In/ Phone call)
Age Group: Only 18-30 Yrs.
Salary Offered: Up to INR 25000/- Take Home+ ESI+ PF+ Bonus+ Insurance
Interview Process: 2 Rounds of the interview- HR & Operations.
