Job Description
- An Associate Team member would be the primary contact for Associate to address their queries and concerns.
- He/she represents TeamLease and performs
applicable work in a manner which facilitates complete adherence and timely
resolution of the queries with the set best practices of customer
satisfaction.
- Use of knowledge about Team Lease processes and internal
departments to ensure effectively addressing of issues and ensure set
expectations are met as per mutual agreed timelines from the
stakeholders.
