En by The Nestery enables channels/groups/communities (both online and offline) around children and parents to have their own storefront, curated from the Nestery’s master catalogue. Thus, bridging the gap between discovery and commerce at no cost, no investment for store owners.
Who we are looking for? Requirements
We are looking for candidates in customer success roles with the following:
· Highly organized and able to multi-task.
· Self-driven and proactive nature.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrate leadership qualities.
· Experience in document creation.
· Patient and active listener.
· Passion for service.
Responsibilities
· Manage clients/partners/collaborators and develop strong PR. Manage their storefronts.
· Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
· Identifying new opportunities for storefronts to drive GMV and aiding them in achieving sales targets
· Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
· Onboarding new clients and partners ensuring seamless experience
· Mediate between clients and the organization.
· Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
· Minimize customer churn.
