Roles and Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Manager-Gold Loan-Sales Profile-Banking Job
- Responsible for monthly business volumes and month-end budgets
- Achieve cross-sell budgets if any
- Ensuring KYC compliance
- Follow up for timely payment of interest and the principle
- Assistance in Gold Valuation and execution of documents/registers
- Credit Appraisal of Loans
- Cater to Walk-In Customers
- Conduct marketing campaigns as required
- Data Entry in system
- Sourcing new customers, enhancing existing relationships, analyzing needs, cross-selling of products & services
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Minimum 1-year experience required in Gold loan sales
- Candidates with good sales background may also apply
