Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Job type: Full time
CTC: 15,000.00 -25,000.00 Per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle client interface and act as a single point of contact for queries
2. Liasion between operations, Transition & client
3. Maintain a positive relationship & rapport with the clients
4. Ensure effective account management
5. Address technical and operations issues as and when required
6. Take ownership of weekly/monthly service review calls with the customer client and plan the agenda accordingly.
7. Research and identify customers who will be suitable to talk to you related to investment.
8. Talk to them about our service. You must be in a position to counsel them. Unless you understand business and finance, you cannot do this.it is not about customer acquisition. It is about customer identification, counseling, and bringing to the next step.
9. Bring them for further discussion
Skills:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Strong Knowledge of Financial Services.
2. Smart, Analytical and presentable
3. Ability to multi-task.
4. Manage the coordination of slots between clients & the internal team
5.Manage query tickets to see that it gets answered on time by the team
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
8. Proficient in word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Qualifications Required:
1.Bachelor/Master 's Degree (only Graduates of 2020 &2021 Batch)
2. Excellent English & Tamil communication with good analytical & Presentation skills required
3. Passion for growth
4. Pleasant conduct, Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills both with clients & internal stakeholders
