Job Description
- Experience collections of receivables Must have min. 2 years’ experience
in spread sheets preparation and analysis Must have min. 2 years’ experience in
working in ERP
- Competent in computing skills - MS Office Suite, Internet Skill Set &
Knowledge
- Explorer, PPP, Internet Browsing
- Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales
- Managing a team to ensure collections / receivables are as per company
norms
- Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities
- Follow with customers for stage-wise payments through the life cycle of the
construction and handover process
- Follow with customers for registration and registration- related payments
- Coordinate with Engineering department to complete Job Role hand-over of
villa
- Follow with customers for completion of possession formalities and payments
- Attend to all customer related queries / complaints / suggestions
- Collections of all receivables at all stages
- Coordination with finance / accounts departments for provision of all documentation required as per their norms.
- Reminders as per collections protocol and management of customers’ requirements
- Loans processing and coordination with banks for release of payments at all
stages
- Documentation processing with the banks / financial institutions as per their formats
- Coordination with engineering team for all customer related extra amenities
requests along with management of the requisite documentation and payment
collection for same
- Post-handover, coordination with engineering team for all maintenance related requests along with management of the requisite
documentation and payment collection for same
- Oversee customer support team and assign sites, targets
- and works to the executives
- Prepare inter-departmental reports for smooth coordination
- Prepare reports in prescribed formats for management
- Manage stock of all marketing materials with marketing
- department
- Prepare all project related items such as UDS chart, builders agreements,
allotment letters, Other charges etc. In consultation with management and heads
of other departments
- Coordinate with all other departments for project launches
- Start and monitor online marketing programme through Facebook/twitter
etc.
- Organise events on handing over villa for customers.
- Coordinate same with Engineering department.
- Oversee Customer Service Department to ensure adequate customer support is
given post handing over
- Create and manage Client Relationships.
- Create and manage loans / bank relationships
- Managements single point of contact regarding all post- sales
issues
- Essence of the position is customer delight and 100% collections of receivables
for the company
- Excellent English written, spoken and comprehension / communication
skills
- Communication Excellent Excel Skills with complex spread sheets creation and
analysing skills Experience in ERP
