• Designation: Customer Relations Executive
  
• Experience: 1 - 2 Years
  
• Salary & Incentives: Upto 20,000.
• Job Location: New Delhi (Defence Colony).

Key Accountabilities:

• Handling all necessary pre-sales function in Home Loans/ LAP/PL/BL.
  
• Maintaining all Customer Details
  
• Handling Customer queries.
  
• Handling inbound calls
  
• Any other duties/responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
  
• Ideal Profile/Applicant:
  
• Graduate/Post graduate preferred.
  
• Only Female Candidate Preferred.
  
• Experience in CRM in any Company dealing in HL/BL/PL/LAP.
  
• Demonstrable competencies such as teamwork, conflict management, negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  

• Should have good knowledge and experience of MS Office.
  
• Good communication and convincing skills.
  
• Excellent planning and organizing skills to ensure achievement of deadlines.
  
• Self-starter with a 'Can do' attitude.
  
• Is responsible, works with integrity; and sets an example for the team.
