Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Convincing prospective clients that your company is the right one to handle their requirements and agree to the terms
- Arranging advertising to promote the property
- Making appointments and organising sales visits
- Schedules appointments, Handles the Site visits, provides technical details/information of the unit, takes part in negotiations and close deals
- Follows up with the clients for booking, payments when required
- Operations and Post Operations Part - Login/Sanctioning and Disbursement of the Files
- Maintains database of clients for cold calling, references and responsible for attending incoming & outgoing sales calls/leads
