We are looking for an Customer Relationship Manager, to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with existing &new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Job Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Delivering CRM strategies for the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company brand.
2. Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
3. Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
4. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
5. Providing assistance to Sales Team during extremely busy times.
6. Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products and services.
7. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
8. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Qualification, Skills & Attributes:
· Minimum 0-2 Years experience in CRM.
· Any Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce or Technical field or any other relevant degree.
· Very Good Communication & Relationship Building Skills
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
