Job Summary
- Greetings from Shopizio E-Commerce Ltd.
- Designation: Customer Care Executive.
- Industry: International BPO- US/UK Web Services/LOAN Process
- Week offs: Saturday & Sundays fixed off
- We are one of the largest BPO in Gariahat (Kolkata)
- We need candidates with good communication skill in English.
- Experienced candidates can apply for this job.
- Shift: For UK - 12pm to 9pm (Day Shift) & For US 9pm – 6am (Night shift).
- Salary: 10,000/- up to 20,000/- Per Month+ Incentives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Offering Digital marketing solutions to the Customers.
- Convince the customer to make a premium business on different IT & SEO, Social media & Digital marketing Website E-Commerce App Development
- For Loan process – Help customer with verification and processing of Loan.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good Communication skills in English (*Mandatory*).
- Qualification minimum 10th pass.
- Freshers are welcome. Experienced candidates in International BPO are Preferred.
- Basic knowledge on computer.
- Comfortable to work in Day/Night Shift Full Time.
