Job Description:
1. Monitoring of Customer Care activity in the workshop
2. Maintaining CSI Score above 930
3. Post Service Follow Up Activity and Complaint Resolution
4). Achieving Honda KPI ( Closure Days, CSI, SR Target…etc)
5. Service Remainder Activity
6. Maintaining Free Service (95%) and paid Service Conversion (30%) 7
. Handling of Reminder team
8. Daily Inflow Management
Ideal Candidate: Looking for candidates experienced in automotive dealerships as a customer relationship officer or Customer relationship manager with at least 4 years of experience.
