Job Description
- Calling to be done for all the customers for appointments.
- Keeping a track record of all the customers flat status including payment terms and their snagging status.
- Regular followup with fit out excecutive for the completion of flat snagging
- Regular follow up with customer for their posesssion of flat.
- Attending customers who are scheduled as per appointment and taking them to their respective flat.
- Keeping a record of customer snags and make sure to get it completed before their revisit.
- Ensure all the documentation of the customers to be done who are taking possession.
- Make sure that the flat which are booked for appointment should be cleaned by HK team one day prior customer visit.
- Attending customers calls for their complaints and coordinate with fit out executive for its closure.
- Coordinate with accounts team for providing precise payment status to the customers.
