Job Description
- The location of the job is at Baner, Pune.
- The position is for a Game Master - Customer Relations and Service Executive.
- We at House of Mysteries are an escape rooms setup where a group of people will be locked in a themed room and they need to escape the mission by solving various puzzles in 60 min.
- You would be monitoring them and guiding them throughout the game to give them a memorable experience of the same.
- Shift timings - 10 am to 6pm OR 10 am to 4pm (Can be discussed at time of interview)
- Duties will include but not limited to:
- Booking game slots and taking payments
- Greeting the customer groups and briefing them the storyline
- Explaining the rules of the game
- Monitoring the groups while they are inside a room and providing the right clue when required
- Reset the games which includes placing the props and clues at the right places. This is very important as this decides the flow of the game. You will have to be very good at all the games yourself
- All clues, rules and game flow must be at your fingertips
- Clicking group photos and posting it in our social media page
- Collecting feedback from our guests
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be Confident & enjoy speaking to people
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends
- Excellent oral and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about Games and Puzzles
- Should be Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
