Urgent requirement for CRO profile in BPO @MNC, Noida
Designation: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Location: Noida
Qualification: Under Graduate, Graduate, or Post Graduate in any stream (LLB and Doctorate are not allowed)
Eligibility Criteria� Proficient in English and Hindi (English equivalent to versant Level 4 and above)
Shift: 24X7 Rotational for Males and purely day shifts for females
Job Type: Permanent No Bond
Salary: Upto 20K
Skills Required

� Polite and calm
� Strong commitment to customer care and quality
� People Orientation� Can work with teams effectively
� Good analytical skills
� Proficiency in English and Hindi in both, oral and written communication
Transport facility available for Odd hours (between 8 PM till 6 AM), for day time shuttle facility (Pick and drop) for the nearest metro station as Noida city center and Vaishali.
