Patient Relationship Officer/ Manager

A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude.
Responsible for Patient Management at the center.
Intermediate between the Patients and Doctors.
She/he will be handling the Front Desk .
Having skills of interaction with people, reference collection from existing patients.
Handling other clinic responsibilities.
Ensure coordination of communication between patients and families and medical staff.
Provide patients and families with information on hospital , procedures and protocols.
Interview patients or families to determine nature of care needed and them to the concerned healthcare providers.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding physicians and .
Analyze and interpret patient account data and facilitate payments.
Post patient demographic and financial entries into predefined hospital database.
Respond to patients complaints regarding hospital and ensure that concerns are handled properly.
Schedule meetings with patients or family members and ensure that corresponding physician or hospital staffs availability.
Proficient PC skills.
Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Fluency in kannada is must.
