Job Description
1. Work on customer feedback management and respond according to pre-set guidelines and under supervision
2. Work on management reporting & preparing reports in MS Excel
3. Conduct restaurant visits and collect customer feedback from the restaurant operations team
4. Make presentations in MS PowerPoint

1. Should have a hotel management/restaurant business backgrund
2. Good verbal and written communication
3. Good coordination and organization skills
4. Should be based out of Mumbai
5. Knowledge of MS Office
