Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Conversion
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

2. Customer Support & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers.
3. Follow-ups & Retention
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Send emails or messages to keep customers engaged.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Provide reports on call performance, customer feedback, and sales conversions.
Analyze call quality and improve performance based on feedback.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Follow company guidelines and sales scripts while communicating with customers.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and telemarketing regulations.
Maintain call quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
