Customer Sales Representative
Job Description
- Responsible for making outbound calls to leads generated and/or lists provided
- Delivers prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Educates customers about products or services and prices
- Gives advice about how these may benefit customers personally
- Describes the product benefits and any special offers
- Fills up the CRM
- Manager leads and follows up the information from customer database
- Converts leads to sales for specific items
- Candidate must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- He/ she should have good selling skills, formal presentation skills, problem-solving skills and a pleasing personality
- He/she should be persuasive, adaptable and innovative
- His/her stress tolerance level should be high as this profession is highly competitive
- Willingness to work in night shift (08:30 PM - 05:30 AM)
