About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the reception and cash on the delivery list
2. Calling and confirming orders
3. Creating purchase orders (POs) for sterling and Veda Home products
4. Marking Mumbai and hold orders in the list
5. Taking care of urgent deliveries
6. Tracking the offline payments
7. Attending and addressing calls, messages, and emails from customers
8. Managing issues and resolving queries
9. Creating return orders
10. Managing return, defect, product change orders from customers
11. Understanding work of other employees

Note: This is a full-time work from office internship from Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 07:00 pm).
