Job Description
- Graduate / undergraduate with overall 2+ year experience of working in an international contact centre in an inbound process (preferably BFSI process). Experience in email handling is an advantage.
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal for English language and only verbal for Hindi language.
- Ability to understand customers’ queries and grievances and provide appropriate resolution.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
- Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts.
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts. (Only for male candidates)
- Should be willing to work in rotating shifts and week off’s.
