Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process).
- Answering inbound calls for non tech and semi tech processes.
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue amongst a busy, fast-paced environment
- Fresher/ Experienced (0-1 yr)
- Graduates and under graduates (+2 Pass)
- 18-34 years of age
- Candidate should be fluently speaking in English, Hindi & Telugu.Work
- For Females candidates – 9 hours shift (Including 1 hour breaks) per day between 7 am to 9 pm.
- For Male candidates – 9 hours shift (Including 1 hour breaks) per day between 7 am to 11.30 pm (Transport not provided)
