Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from psychiatric patients.
- Assist patients with Scheduling or rescheduling the appointments.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum 2-3 years of Customer service experience.
- Should have at least 1 year of international call center experience. (US preferred)
- Should have excellent communication in English. (Both written and verbal)
- Should be able to work in night shifts.
- Should have a bachelor’s degree.
