Yuyiii is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will help the team with the following:

(If we had to strip off the formality with Job roles and Designations, we would call this Role as a ‘Happy Traveller Associate’)

Interface with the signed up Customers, be their friend, Introduce Yuyiii to them, check their Travel plans and help them with all Information and Bookings.

Maintain consistent communication with the Guests and Enquiries through online & offline platforms

• Maintain Daily Reports on Sign-ups, Follow Ups and Bookings.
• Call all Registered Users and other Leads to help with their Bookings
• Maintain a good lead to conversion percentage
• Follow up Guests who were looking to book on a timely basis
• Maintain a good MIS
• Send Emails to reply to signups or confirm Bookings
• Liaison with Properties to check for availability, block or confirm Rooms
• Help in Calculations for Bookings and sending Payment Links
• Maintain Healthy Relationships with Sales Reps of Properties
• Ensure smooth check-in at the Property for the Guests booked from Yuyiii
• Actively Collate feedback from Guests who have stayed at the Property
• Help Marketing information with What are the positives and negatives that Users point out in their Conversations

Compensation: Upto 3L p.a for a person who is a learner and wants to grow. Experirnce of 1-3 years is preferred

Front Desk Experience at a 4star / 5star or past work experience with Starbucks or American Express/ Tele calling experience with major players like WNS in the past will be preferred.
