Customer Service:

• Help customers with placing orders, tracking orders and any accounts related issues.
  
• Resolve product or order issues by clarifying the customer’s problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment.
  

Data Management:

• Enter, edit and collect info and data on timely basis from different sources in the CRM and other systems.
  

Listings and Product Management:

• Keep listings updated on the website with correct pricing, availability and info.
  
• Add, remove or edit product listings and images as needed from time to time.
  

Order Management:

• Manage, process, update and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders
  

Research and Analysis:

• Research and analyze product pricing of competitors and update pricing accordingly.
  
• Research automotive information for automotive technicians using factory service manuals, electronic media and manufacturer’s websites
  

Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with business partners like vendors, brands and manufacturers for order management.
  

Content Management

• Listing content creation (title, bullet points, description, etc.) Write accurate, concise, and optimized product description for online marketplaces.
  
• Maintain the highest standards for all copy and ensure it adheres to our brand voice.
  
• Work closely with Creative team and Marketing in developing communications.
  

Marketing Management:

• Familiarity with google search, keywords and SEO practices
  
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  

Web Design and Development:

• Knowledge of HTML a plus
  
• Photoshop and Web designing
