Position: Customer Service Associate
Experience: Fresher
CTC: 10k to 13k
Location: Ekaduthangal, Chennai
Shift: Day shift
IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
✓The Customer Service Associate (CSA) would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information.
✓The CSEs would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.
✓The CSE would try meet the objective on the call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, collection, sale, appointment, retention, etc.
✓The CSE would tag all details of the call in the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback.
