Job Description
· Oversee the stores and make sure clients receive instant service.
· Communicate with the clients through phones, chat, mails or meet them personally to discuss customer problems.
· While interacting with customers the CRM makes sure that the standard procedure must be followed.
· Manage all customer requirements and queries.
· Making sure the customer information is accurate.
· Giving out the right information on the objectives of the organization when the clients call for the first time.
· Evaluates the circumstance and determines a proper course of action.
· Sustain and maintain up-to-date records.
· Controlling vendor issues, coordinating with client & stores communicating internally data to upper management and finding new ways to improve services.
· Share MIS & records on a daily basis with all stakeholders.
