Job Description
Position Summary : The Customer Service Associate (CSA) works in support of the customers and clients and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the website including Voice support, Welcome call, New Business pitching, Email management, Live chat handling, Payment assistance, Social media customer handling & management, Customer service, general housekeeping and other related functions.
Must-Have Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Read, Write, Speak), Experience in advanced level MS Word, MS Excel, EMail handling, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus posting, chatting experience. Candidate must be open to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's minimum.
