Job description:
1. Maximum of 3 years of work experience
2. You will be handling the customer support number where you will get customer queries on WhatsApp and on calls. You will also be required to make research calls as and when required.
3. Most of your job will be about tracking, communicating with and following-up with users regarding their queries and issued faced via WhatsApp, calls, Google sheets, Google Meet and slack.
4. Location - You should be based in Mumbai (although it is a remote job with a Work From Home setup)
5. You should be proficient with using apps and a computer.
