Roles & Responsibilities
- Playing the role of a Client Manager responding to client queries and service quotation requests from our Japan client base.
- Working with team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client conversion rate, influencing repeat customers, etc.
- Converting leads generated by Marketing team, timely response to emails and providing chat support to clients.
- Good keyboard skills
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Good customer service mindset
- Good understanding of the client needs
- Stress management
- Good collaboration
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

The shifts applicable to you will be 5:30 – 14:30 (Tue – Fri), 5:00 – 14:00 Monday/ 11:30 – 20:30 (Weekday), 11:30 – 20:30 (Sunday) . You will be assigned a 9-hour shift during these hours.
