We are looking for Candidates with Excellent Verbal / Writing skills.

Blended process (50% Voice & 50% Non-Voice) : Location Airoli (Max sal 16.8k)
Voice Process : Location Vikhroli (Max sal 24k)
H.S.C. / Graduates - Freshers / Experience
- Amazon (Customer service)
Blended Process (50% voice & 50% Non-Voice) : Location Airoli (Max sal 18.8k in hand)
Only GRADUATES + Minimum 6 months of any BPO / Non-BPO Experience
- CENTRICA (Chat / Email Process)
E-mail / Chat Process - 100% off calls
Location : Vikhroli ( Max Sal 26k)
Customer service for British Gas
For all the above processes:
2 rotational week offs..
Rotational shift.
Centralized PICKUP & HOME drop provided by the company.

Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service Executive - Voice/Email/Chat Support.
Training for 45 days and 15 days on job training provided.
Solving Customer Queries and Problems on Calls / Emails / Chat.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
H.S.C. / GRADUATE : Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills required ( depending on the process ).
