- Attending Inbound and Outbound calls
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures,course structure,course details
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
- Keep updated about latest trends in School courses, CAT, GRE, GMAT, IIT/JEE, Bank PO, CRT, GATE,Tuition etc.
- Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive/Sr BDE

- Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
- To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory
- Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development

- To generate walk-ins within branch
- Promote test prep products & services in the target market and generate revenue
- To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry associations etc
- Promotion and generation of revenue plan for new projects taken up by the company from time to time
