Job Description
- Eligibility–Any degree (Fine even if not completed)
- No. Of positions – 2
- Preferred: Candidate from Whitefield/ITPL/Brookfield as he/she will work at client location (Educational institutions in ITPL)
- Experience – Freshers or Minimum 1 Year experience in customer management
- Support customer through emails & calls on Edchemy software query
- Understand customer requirement and configure on Edchemy software
- Training to Customers on Edchemy modules and features
