Job Description
To execute the Customer care activities & ensure careful handling of all customers
Prepare sales order & track shipment as per SOP & update customer with shipment tracking detail
Liaise with customers & sales team for Order processing

Required Candidate profile
SAP Experience
Communicate in English effectively in writing/ verbal as appropriate for the needs of the customers
Shipping & Logistics background (National/ International)
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer satisfaction
