Customer Service executive.
Role Definition: Customer Service Executive is one who is responsible for taking bookings for models and managing profiles of models to complete the projects for Agency.
1. Taking Bookings for Models.
2. Managing profiles of models.
Task & Activities:
- Taking booking for Models.
- Receiving direct calls from client and calling to leads given by management.
- Understanding project and type of models required by client.
- Sharing relevant profiles from database over whatsapp.
- Coordinating and confirming project details with shortlisted models.
- Making sure shoots completes as discussed with model and client.
- Taking feedback.
- Maintaining the excel sheet for same about project details.
Managing profiles of models.
- Coordinating with models whose leads are given by management to gather their basic details.
- Explaining models about how agency works and answering their queries.
- To design Comp-card from collected pictures and update comp-card with new pictures for existing models.
- Maintaining excel sheet and folder of models for easy operational purpose.
A. 1 to 2 years of work experience in any, out bound tele calling job.
B. Bachelor Degree.
C. Communication skills, Fluency in language Hindi and English, Telephonic etiquettes, Listening skills.
D. Basic Ms office
A. Negotiation skills and Questioning skills.
B. Basic Coral
C. Basic knowledge of how modelling agency works.

· Time - 09:30 Am to 06:30 Pm
· Area - Science City – Ahmedabad.
