Job Description
· Responsible for educating referral sources, patients and employees on qualifications for services.
· Responsible for providing technical assistance to customers as required.
· Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding member’s benefits.
· Answering telephonic and email inquiries in a timely manner.
· Ensures questions and concerns are processed and communicated with patients, pharmacy and doctor’s.
· Always maintains a positive and constructive attitude.
· Resolves all customer questions or concerns via multiple media; the phone, email, online chat or social media.
· Effectively communicates service excellence.
