- Profile of Customer Service Executive - Email and Back-office support .
- Profile - Customer Service (non-voice).
- Designation - Executive.
- Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
- Shift - Day Shifts (Between 8 AM and 9 PM).
- Salary - 7 K to 15 K
- Must have excellent spoken and written English with good grammar.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer savvy and have decent typing speed of 25+ WPM.
- Experience in customer service (emails) and working experience with international/domestic customers would be an added advantage.
- Freshers also welcome!Should be able to handle customer complaints via email, research on products, use CRM and other related tools to resolve queries.
- Must be able to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and a quick learner.
- Must understand that we are a startup and should be willing to work hard and grow with the company.
- Should be willing to work on any shift between 8 am and 9 PM and also on weekends.
- Should be able to join immediately.
