- Location: Ghatkopar West
- Position: Customer Care Executive
- Shift Timings: 9:45am to 7pm
We need someone who can:-
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Update existing customer information and process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Enthusiastic and can do approach.
- Ability to motivate individuals.
- Highly organised and process-orientated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
