  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Update existing customer information and process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Enthusiastic and can do approach.
  • Ability to motivate individuals.
  • Highly organised and process-orientated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
