- Profile: Customer Service Executive
- We are looking for a Customer Delight Associate in our Delights Team.
- Working in this team requires skill sets of great communications, handling irate customers and working with other departments.
- One should be willing to think on the feet with excellent communication skills while delivering exemplary customer service.
- He/She should have a knack of resolving customer’s issues and should have the element of delighting the customer ingrained in him/her.
- Respond to inquiries and queries from customers and provide a thorough and speedy resolve via Calls and Emails
- Log customer queries in CRM
- Keep follow up on open complaints and provide timely closures
- Provide feedback to Operations Team and Business Team on basis of customer VOC
- Excellent customer care skills
