CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL PROCESS
A creative Customer Support Representative who understands how to reply on the major social media platform for Queries/feedback/complaints OTT Digital Content.Their job is to ensure that their clients content is relevant enough to create interest for consumers, plus answer any of their questions and possibly convert them into a customer.
