Job Description:
- Co-ordinating with customer and shipping line through e-mails and calls.
- Confirming booking, submission of loading list.
- Follow up for container details, on board confirmation with CHA, transporters and shippers.
- Maintaining DSR and carrying out all the activities related pre-post shipment.
- Supporting Sales for retention of customer.
- Facilitating Billing on behalf of Sales
- Maintaining harmony between vendor and customer
- Responsible for MIS and analysing the same.
- Good knowledge and experience in shipping and logistics industry with leadership qualities and communication skills
