Customer Service Executive
Job Description
The Customer Service Executive will act as the students' support system throughout their studies by serving as the individual point of contact for all UoPeople-related issues.
The candidate will help answer any questions the student may have, offer academic advice, discuss course selection, and offer encouragement throughout the student's studies.
The candidate will also help to minimize student's challenges and guide them throughout their academic studies.
It's a full-time position in Mysore
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Fluent English
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent Writing Skills
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm
