Job Description
- Candidates ( experienced) with excellent communication skills required.
- Candidate should be able multi-task
- Experience in International Voice would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should flexible with 24*7 shifts.
- ts a B2C process, with lucrative incentives.
- Review claims and call on delinquent customers.
- Receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries.
- Shift Window: any 9 hours (UK Shifts)
- Work Location: Pune Education Qualification : B.C.A.,B.Sc, BA, B.B.A, B.Com or any Grad, Undergraduates-minimum 1 year International Voice Experience
- Good CTC + Incentives per month.
- Salary no bar for right candidates.
- Salary hike will decided on last in-hand.
- Free Transport facility available.
