- Managing
incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying
and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Strong
phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
- Attend
the inquiry & convert it into consumers / Business.
- Verification
the details of new customers (Who place order 1st time).
- Handle
the issues / grievances of Existing Customers.
- Getting
the feedback of the services from the existing customers and convert
those into permanent customer via field work into their soc.,
corporate premises, and industrial areas also.
- Convert
the irregular customer into regular customer.
- Customer
orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of
characters.
- Familiarity
with CRM systems and practices.
- Also getting the feedback from customers who had cancelled the orders.
