Job Description
- Creating daily meetings.
- Discovering data through various search portals/data/references.
- Cross check with the client for the requirement before passing on the meetings.
- Follow up for allocated meetings.
- Organizing demo’s as per requests
- Co-ordination with sales team for the allocated meetings.
- Working closely on EDC’s for the open funnel cases.
- Complete end to end lead management
- Reporting to the team lead for every query, issues & requests.
- Following the system process & guidelines
- Be proactive on every aspect ( lead generation, lead management & closures )
- Post delivery intimations to the client.
- Handling service issues with proper escalations.
